Position 1: Soilless Cultivation Expert

Job Description

As a technical leader in the field of soilless cultivation, this role requires extensive practical experience and a global perspective. The expert will lead technology development, system optimization, and team guidance to promote the large-scale application of advanced cultivation systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the planning and implementation of soilless cultivation systems, including hydroponic and substrate cultivation.

· Optimize cultivation strategies to improve crop yield and quality.

· Track global developments in hydroponic growing technologies and introduce innovative solutions.

· Manage daily operations including nutrient solution formulation, environmental monitoring, and equipment maintenance.

· Conduct cultivation trials and analyze crop growth data.

· Provide technical support and training for domestic and international clients.

· Participate in project bidding and technical proposal preparation.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Science, or related fields.

· Minimum 5 years of practical experience in soilless cultivation.

· Experience with glass greenhouses or large-scale greenhouse production preferred.

· Familiar with greenhouse automation systems such as Priva or Hortimax.

· Assist with greenhouse production planning.

Requirements

· College degree or above in Agronomy, Horticulture, or Protected Agriculture preferred.

· Minimum 2 years of greenhouse cultivation experience.

· Ability to identify and manage pests and diseases.

· Develop all over China’s sales strategies and expand distribution networks.

· Identify new customers in greenhouse vegetable and flower production sectors.

· Organize technical seminars and product demonstrations.

· Maintain relationships with key customers and provide technical support.

· Analyze market trends and provide feedback for product improvement.

Requirements

· College degree or above; Agronomy, Horticulture, or Marketing preferred.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in agricultural inputs or substrate sales.

· Familiar with the greenhouse agriculture industry chain.

· Strong negotiation and communication skills.

· Willingness to travel frequently.
